Sigh. Not stoked to be posting this but here it is- I'm back at 177. What I'm really looking at is that I gained back the weight I lost while I was sick. So many factors in that- one being that I can eat again so there is something inside of me, two being that last week I totally committed to my love of sodium (hello Diet Dr. Pepper and the most Popcorn that I over salted!) so I can only be retaining a ton of water... the list goes on. The reality is that I know what I need to do to correct this situation. What a bummer though.

I've weighed myself a few times over the last two weeks and I seem to be holding at 257.
So I really need to start exercising as well as changing my eating habits. I've had some success with the latter (though I still need improvement, mainly through learning exactly what I *should* be eating and not just avoiding what I *shouldn't* eat), but I don't want stasis, I want loss.

You can totally do it! I think that really simple one at a time changes make such a huge difference- switching to diet soda, adding a glass of water in place of something bad for you, etc. I believe in you!
My weigh-in today is back to 175! Woot!
